Common questions

Do I pay a commission if no one books?

No. Nexez commission applies only to successful transactions settled through Nexez. Paid-plan subscriptions and card-processing fees are separate.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, upgrade or downgrade from your Billing page. Prorated billing.

How does the 60-day Pro promotion work?

Start on Free, then verify your email and business identity and publish a listing. Eligible businesses can receive 60 days of Pro once all qualification checks pass, while the campaign is available. That period includes Pro entitlements and the 3% Pro commission. No card is required for this promotion. The promotion grants Pro for its full duration, including Pro entitlements and the 3% Pro commission. A separate 60 days Pro trial from business verification does not extend this promotion, and this promotion does not extend that trial. Each ends on its own date. They do not combine into one 120-day grant. While either is active, the account has Pro. An invitation cannot be claimed while that verification trial is already active. After it ends, a still-valid invitation starts its own 60 days. If this promotion is already active, verification still starts its own 60 days trial without moving the promotion end date. After both have ended, the account returns to Free at 5% unless you choose a paid plan. This promotion does not renew into a paid subscription.
